You will:
• Have strong written & verbal English communication skills, especially a great telephone manner
• Have good, quick computer skills
• Be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure with alarm signals Experience in a busy customer focused role, such as call centre, retail, hospitality or an office administration role
• Be able to pass a police background check – you will be obtaining a Private Security Licence (COA) through the Ministry of Justice, therefore it is essential you have no criminal convictions and records
